PLANOGRAMS
Are you looking for incremental sales?
Have you considered that there may be a more effective way to display your products? A planogram is a diagram or drawing that provides details as to where a product should be placed on a shelf and how many facings (rows) that product should hold.
A planogram is useful to:
- Increase sales
- Give the most popular product the best position to attract buyers.
It is important for the store to have its most profitable products with the most facings and be positioned at eye level. Rather than waste that space on a product that does not sell nor provide a good profit margin.Planograms will also change the overall performance of a store as it will allow tighter inventory control and reduction of out-of-stocks and easier product replenishment.Contact your Sales Representative or your banner group to discuss the optimal planogram for your store.
